Eligibility Criteria
Skilled Work Experience

Achieve a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 for jobs classified under TEER 0 or 1, or CLB level 5 for jobs under TEER 2 or 3.
Additional Factors
While not mandatory, having Canadian education can improve your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. Age, job offers, and provincial nominations can further enhance your CRS score.
Application Steps For Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Determine Eligibility
Review the requirements for the Canadian Experience Class Program and assess your qualifications. You need at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years.
Language Assessment
Complete a language test to demonstrate proficiency in English or French. Accepted tests include IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, and TCF.

Job Offer Assistance (if applicable)

Receiving an ITA
High-ranking candidates in the Canadian Experience Class CEC stream receive Invitations to Apply (ITA). You will have 60 days to submit your application for permanent residence.
