At Liberty Immigration Services, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with our services. The following outlines our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service before it has been rendered, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Incomplete Services: If the RCIC or professional staff do not complete the tasks identified in your agreement, we will refund part or all of the professional fees collected. Any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  1. Application Refusal: Fees are not refundable if an application is refused by the government, as the granting of a visa or status and the processing time are at the sole discretion of the government.

Refund Process:

  1. Request: Submit your refund request in writing to info@libertyimmigration.ca.
  2. Review: We will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
  3. Decision: You will be notified of our decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 30 calendar days.
